Ergonomic Assessment
This one-on-one: virtual or in-person assessment is tailored to any work environment—whether it's your home office, car, or workplace. Each assessment starts with a discussion about your unique goals. Whether to prevent injury or work with specific adaptations, we evaluate your posture and the efficiency of your environment, all with your goals in mind. This is typically a 30-45 minute process. You will be given direct feedback and suggestions, and we follow up with a detailed report outlining risk factors, personalized recommendations, and habit coaching strategies to promote lasting changes.
Massage Treatment
Auredia Ergonomics provides massage therapy from a registered therapist in clinic or mobile settings. This can be in your home or at work, in or around the GTA. We came with all the supplies needed. In the office, a clothed massage is recommended with a massage chair. The space for this massage is only 5 feet by 5 feet. If a table is requested, a space of 10 feet by 8 feet is required.

Physical Assessment
This service allows you a deeper understanding of your unique body mechanics. As an add-on to any other service or on its own, this will be a half-hour in-person assessment of ROM, muscle strength, and, if needed, special tests to give a clearer picture of dysfunction occurring in your body. Great for individuals interested in the details and a broader look at an injury or wanting to optimize body function.
